HOW DO ADIDAS SNEAKERS FIT?
Most of the Adidas sneakers are TTS (True to Size, but Yeezys tipically "Runs small", this means you shall choose a bigger size. Always check out the product description with our size proposal.

1.What is the difference between an authorized Yeezy and an unauthorized Yeezy?
The unauthorized Yeezy sneakers and footwear are made from the same factory as authorized Yeezy, every detail is perfect, almost exactly the same as the authentic one, including the same material, quality and appearance. At times there is more stock than orders, so the leftover stock is purchased by companies like ours. There are usually only a few hundred of these items available to wholesalers to sell.

2.Why are the prices so cheap?
We get the products directly from the factory, and as they are not authentic, they are not authorized for sale by the big brands. Our prices reflect the actual cost of making the shoes, before the big brands add on their huge profit margins.

3.What about product assurance, return and refund policy?
We will full refund the items and you can keep them if you find:
(1). The wrong item was sent to you.
(2). The item has a quality issue.
Any claims for damaged or unqualified products should be proved by photos within 3 business days after receipt of package, we will full refund once we find your reason of claims is true and it is our responsibility.

4.Are the photos of the shoes real?
Yes, all the photos are real, and they were taken by us. The lighting we use to photograph the product and the colors displayed by your screen may make the colors appear slightly different on your device than the actual product. Our colors, however, match the authentic product. Although the shoes from our website are not an authorized brand, the product is nearly identical to the official brand, and they are of great quality.

5. Where do you guys ship from?
Our shoes are shipped from Hong Kong. Our products are produced by Chinese manufacturers who specialize in high-quality shoes.

6.Can you ship to my country? How long does the shipping take?
We use epacket and EMS to ship worldwide. The shipping is free for every order. 
Orders will be delivered to you from our warehouse center within 10 to 20 business days from the date of payment. Once the shoes are shipped, you will be issued with a tracking number to check the progress of your order. Please login your account to find the tracking number.

7.Do I pay for the shipping cost? Who pays the tax?
Free shipping and no tax.

8.I am concerned about custom clearance as the shoes are unauthorized.
We have sold Yeezy sneakers and footwear worldwide as you can see from the reviews we receive. If your shoes were held by customs, please don't worry, we will try to ensure that you do receive them, if there is an issue, we will refund the purchase price to you.

9. Can you send me more pictures of the shoes?
Could you advise me which style you like? You can go to our website www.kanyes.net for the details as all our product photos are taken by us personally so they are authentic.

10. How do I know what size to choose?
All our shoes are true sizes, the same as the ones shown at www.kanyes.net. If you still aren't sure about your size after viewing the website, you could go to an actual store to try them on, and then choose the most suitable from our website. For Yeezy, we suggest you go a half size higher. What size do you usually wear? Contact us to find out what should work best for you.

11. Is there Boost Technology?
The boost technology in our shoes is the same as the real ones and made from the same materials. Our shoes come from the same factory as the original Yeezy. The shoes from our website are not an authorized brand, however, the product is nearly identical to the official brand, and they are great of quality. As they aren't authentic, we can sell them at very competitive prices. Our customers are the winners with quality and current design products that are affordable.

13. What is the process to purchase?

(2). Choose the shoes and the size you want to buy
(3). Add the shoes into the cart
(4). Fill out the information needed and checkout.
You will then receive a confirmation email from us telling you that we have received the order. When the order ships, a shipping advice will be sent via email to the same email address you used in the order. This email will contain instructions on how to track your order. Note: It may take up to one business day for your information to be posted on the carrier's website, if you don't get the shipping information from the carrier website in one day, check the next day and it should then be there.
